Course refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed no more than 25% of the curriculum.

Test access codes are refundable only if unused. Once an examination has been started, refunds are not available.

Email refunds@sellingunderstood.com from your account email. Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days.
