The Program
Learn the method.
Selling Understood Foundations is where Relate, Reveal, Read and Resolve stop being an idea and become something you can do on a Tuesday afternoon with a real customer in front of you. 14 sections, grouped under the four pillars.
The curriculum
14 sections, in the order the conversation happens.
One course, not four. The pillars group the sections; they are not separate programs and they are not bought separately.

How you learn it
Understanding a principle is the easy part.
Every section runs the same six stages, because knowing what good sounds like does not survive contact with a customer who is hesitating. You read it, you learn to spot it, you repair it, then you run it.
Understand01
The idea, why it exists, and what it is for.
- From the Founder
- Field Note
- What You'll Learn
- The Training
Recognize02
Spot the behavior in the wild — including your own.
- Landmines
- What Breaks Trust / What Builds Trust
Repair03
Rewrite the lines that quietly cost trust.
- Practice the Skill — rewrite
Apply04
Run it through a full customer exchange, not a single reply.
- Practice the Skill — multi-turn scenario
Reflect05
Ask the honest questions about how you actually work.
- Self-Check
Prove06
Show comprehension before moving on.
- Check Your Understanding
- How This Connects to Certification
What “recognize” looks like
Each section carries six paired examples — the response that costs trust beside the one that protects it, in the same situation. Two lines, one difference, and the difference is the whole method.
See a worked example for each pillarEvery section, same shape
Structured training, not a motivational talk.
All 14 sections are built the same way, so by the third one you already know where to find what you need. Two of those parts are unusual enough to call out: every section names its own landmines, and every section states what it does not cover.

Who it is for
Anyone who guides a person through a decision that matters.
The product changes. The channel changes. The customer’s need to feel understood before they feel ready does not.
Sales professionals
High-consideration conversations in any industry, at any price point.
Advisors and agents
Insurance, financial services, real estate — where the stakes are personal and the rules are strict.
Account executives
B2B cycles where the stated objection is rarely the real one.
Showroom and retail teams
Automotive, jewelry, furniture, home — the floor on a busy Saturday.
Customer success and renewals
Conversations where a relationship already exists and can still be spent.
Founders and operators
Selling your own work without turning into someone you would not buy from.
What Foundations does not cover
The limits are published, section by section.
Each section ends by stating what it deliberately leaves alone, so nothing is implied by omission and no one finishes a section believing it taught more than it did. At the program level, three limits are worth knowing before you enrol.
- It is not a script library. The lines exist to show the behavior. Memorizing them and delivering them flat is its own kind of pressure.
- It is not industry-specific.Foundations teaches the universal method. Applying it inside a particular industry, risk profile or compliance regime is a later program.
- It does not override your rules.Selling Understood teaches communication discipline. It does not authorize anyone to operate outside their role, license, company policy, or legal obligations.
What comes next
Foundations is where mastery begins.
The method does not change as you go. What changes is how much of it you can hold under real conditions.
